We are looking for an experienced site manager to join the team. We specialise in high end residential refurbishments in central London. Projects include, basement excavations, Loft extensions, full M and E fit outs all with high end finishes.
Key attributes required:

Good structural and temporary works knowledge.
Heath and Safety knowledge
SMSTS qualification
Understanding of all trades - plumbing, electrics, carpentry, roofing, bricklaying etc.
Good communicator with client and architect as well as trades.
Good time keeping and can keep to a programme.
Organised and a team leader
Computer literate
Can follow detailed architects and structural drawings.

Our new projects are starting on 15th January in St Johns Wood and Holland Park.
