Medium sized company is looking to employ a full time site manager/project manager to oversee various projects throughout London on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities to include:
- Hire the necessary tradesmen/sub contractors to do the works.
- Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis for several projects.
- Ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.
- Monitor progress of works
- Liaise with architects, engineers and surveyors.
- Ensure that work complies with building regulations and health and safety.
- Update clients on progress.
Must Have
Must have full driving license to drive in UK.
Must have full knowledge of Health and Safety.
