We are the team behind Bone Daddies Ramen Bars, Flesh and Buns and Shackfuyu in Soho. Our restaurants offer creative quality Japanese-inspired cuisine.
Due to expansion and promotion, we are looking for a passionate and focused Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Flesh and Buns in Covent Garden.
Flesh and Buns was the first restaurant in London dedicated to steamed buns and Japanese drinking food. It is a Japanese-inspired Izakaya concept where you can eat, drink and relax to the sound of Bone Daddies signature old-school Rock music!

No experience with Japanese ingredients is necessary, but a keen interest in learning about the culture and flavours as well as a genuine love for quality fresh ingredients.

You will have built your career within a fresh food and quality driven environment, equipped with the skills to run a high-volume, productive and profitable kitchen. We are very proud of the quality of our products, using only the best ingredients available, and are looking for a Senior Sous Chef who will share our passion.

You will assist the Head Chef in driving the business forward using your experience and assist in creating an exciting and continuously changing menu while controlling costs (food and labour). Constantly building, motivating and developing your team to ensure onsite motivation and engagement.

You will have an eye for detail, strong Food Safety and Health and Safety understanding to ensure compliance at all times.
