Rhubarb are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join the team at Darwin Brasserie on Level 36 of the iconic Sky Garden
Darwin serves an all-day best of British menu in a vibrant, bustling atmosphere and we are now looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the Senior team
Job role
Working with the Head Chef, you will ensure consistency in all areas of the kitchen, producing bespoke menus and dishes as per our customer needs
You will be responsible for the food ordering and compiling of all invoices and stock rotation in alignment to internal SOP procedures.
You will ensure the on going training and support to junior kitchen staff by counselling and supporting them throughout their professional development
You are responsible for maintaining good food hygiene practices and due diligence as designated by legislation and the companies? specification to include all HACCP recording and documentation.

Commit to sharing your knowledge and skills within our service and kitchen brigade. Excellent culinary skills covering various cookery techniques.
Rosette experience preferred but not essential

Salary up to £40,000
