The right candidate will:

- Have previous experience as a Sous-Chef.
- Be passionate about modern British cuisine.
- Be able to cook from fresh ingredients
- Have a friendly attitude
- Be a good communicator with good managerial skills.
- Work well within a team as well as independently.
- Be able to work 45 hours per week
- Be able to work evenings and weekends
- Be able to work 5 straight shifts per 7 day rotas.
- Live locally because of shift pattern
