Secretary / Office Administrator required for leading Estate Agency in Willesden Green. We are looking for a bright and articulate candidate to undertake general office duties and administration as required by the sales/lettings teams.
The role
•Maintaining a high standard of tidiness and order in the reception area at all times.
•Greeting clients and applicants in the office.
•Diary management
•Handling incoming calls
•Preparing reports and brochures
•Ensuring all files are compliant and in line with company standards as well as any ad hoc administrative duties.
•Database management
•Client care
•Uploading and maintaining the website and window displays and maintaining the accuracy of the web page for the office.
•Working with the Sales and Lettings team on business generation initiatives;
You will be looking after the sales files from valuation to deal completion. There is also an element of PA work occasionally required by the Managing Director.
Skills required
•Well presented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
•Organised with the ability to act on your own initiative.
•Good IT skills and efficient typing skills.
•An eye for detail and the ability to problem solve.
•Excellent telephone manner.
•Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Previous and recent experience within the property industry is preferred however those with a strong customer service background will be considered. We are looking to fill the role as soon as possible and will be offering a generous salary for the right candidate.
