Job Description
You will be required to actively pursue ticket sale opportunities and provide excellent customer care, including providing details of all the company’s sightseeing services to customers/prospective customers.
You must provide a consistently high level of service to the company’s customers.
Skills Required
• Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills;
• Previous sales experience;
• Ability to gain a rapid understanding of the company’s products and procedures;
• High standard of presentation, time-keeping and ability to work under pressure;
• First class communicator, (language skills would be an advantage);
• Commercial understanding to enable the operation to prosper against external competition;
• Ability to work outdoors, in a Tourist Environment in Central London.
You must be 18 years or over. Proof of the right to work in the UK is essential
Hours/Days of Work
Average of 8 hours per day, any 5 days in a week, Saturday to Friday, as indicated on a Rota. Weekend working is essential and you must be available.
Pay Rates.
£8.50 an hour + Commission.
