We are an international company specialised in providing services for students and independent travellers. We are recruiting for an exciting position in the company. This is the ideal position for someone who is eager to learn all aspects of supporting a busy, growing company, supporting their sales department.
The role will be very varied and fast paced, requiring excellent attention to detail, someone with creativity and a big deal of independence.
The main duties will be, but not limited:
- Deal with requests from the Spanish market and generate quotes and information packs for potential or existing clients.
-Compile and update the professional network.
-Generate reports.
-Generate supporting documents.
-Develop new business
-Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
-A self-starter, with creativity.
-Native Spanish
-High energy levels - upbeat and engaging, with a positive outlook
-Natural organisational and prioritisation skills
-High level of attention to detail
-Professional phone manner
-An ability to undertake desk research and extract required information from research reports
-A good working knowledge of Excel and social media.
-Good English
Job Type: Permanent
Probationary period: 3 months
Salary: £16,000 + good commission package
