clue Quest is an accessible experience to both the young and the young at heart. Participating teams have 60 minutes to escape the room using teamwork, communication and logic to gather clues and solve the puzzles.

From building our own escape rooms to designing bespoke pop-up experiences for events, our in-house team of designers and creatives work around the clock to deliver immersive experiences that bring all generations together.
The Role
Our games and design knowledge are highly sought-after by companies from various domains ranging from TV and Entertainment to Charity and Human Resources.
Therefore, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team in King’s Cross on a full-time basis and help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully working closely with our in-house marketing team and higher management
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our company’s customer base and ensure our strong presence
Analyze our existing client base to identify new business opportunities
Identify and approach new potential partners and customers for our products and services
Help us build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Negotiate and secure attractive deals for our partners whilst working within an agreed margin
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets, consumer trends and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
2 + years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, preferably in a similar environment (i.e Entertainment, Games etc)
At least two excellent references from a previous work place
BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Excellent phone manner and good email copywriting skills
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
This is a newly created position within the company, therefore we are looking to hire someone with the experience and confidence to start as soon as possible.
Please note that our interview process is comprised of three stages:
Stage I: Phone screening
Stage II: Interview with Management at our HQ near King’s Cross
Stage III: Game + Final interview and sales pitch based on a given scenario
