JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
HOURS: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-5pm,
Thursday and Friday 2-10pm
SALARY: £10 per hour plus a portion of service charge allocated weekly.
We Are Bar are looking for a dynamic and Experienced Sales manager to join our experienced team at the company’s flagship site.
We Are Bar is a fast paced and fun environment to work, it is also the most exciting Party Bar in the city with a cutting edge cocktail menu, superb food offering and delectable wine choices. Where else would you want to be?
Specific duties:
Understanding and good knowledge of CRM platforms and Design My Night.
Understanding of how to grow prebooked business through proactive sales whilst applying GDPR.
Collate and gather new and fresh data through talking to customers through the application of GDPR guide lines.
Deal with all face to face, telephone, online enquiries.
Implement 3rd Party relationships and harness business/ events through these relationships.
Identify potential target markets and proactively contact them in accordance with GDPR guidlines, resulting in confirmed revenue and additional key accounts.
Work to predetermined pre booked targets, sales and covers, to generate and maximize bookings.
Ensure all customer facing platforms are up to date, e.g. Design My Night, Open Table, Late Night London and events websites.
Understanding of Social networking, facebook, Instagram and Snapchat, demonstrate the ability to showcase the Business through digital campaigns.
Must be up-to-date with competitor activity and offers.
Work alongside the General Manager to develop new, alternative and innovative ideas to develop and harness new business.
Be aware of, and communicate any upcoming industry/local events.
As a member of the senior management team, there is opportunity to feed back one to one with GM weekly.
Current and future booking information to be presented to all managers weekly at the General managers weekly cascade.
Collate and process pre authentication payments and booking payments through design my night and in house.
Administration skills required.
Excellent phone manner
Bi-weekly mailshots created and sent to database in accordance to GDPR guidelines.
Business to Business visits tabled into working week to canvass new business.
Networking events and venue showcases booked in quarterly and managed directly along with the General manager.
Key shift working, Thursday and Friday evenings the successful candidate will be on site to greet and host the tables booked in to further enhance future business relationships and bookings.
