LOCAL INDEPENDENT AGENT REQUIRE A STRONG VALUER
OTE £100,000
This role is commission only with high 25% commission on properties listed and sold, with a 3 months initial retainer. The amount you earn is entirely up to you, and would expect a top valuer to exceed the OTE given.

The position is for an experienced sales person who must be able to show excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to exceed all targets and goals in both performance and service, in return you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
- Matching customer needs for buying and selling of properties
- Generating appointments for valuations
- Showing people around properties in the local area
- Sales experience and be used to be working in a competitive and professional environment and enjoy over achieving targets and providing excellent levels of customer service.
- This is a dynamic role where you no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
This is a full-time role working 5 days per week including Saturday and some evenings. Must be Car owner or have access to a Vehicle to attend appointments.
