We currently have two vacancies for Sales Manager and Field Sales person.
The role of the Sales manager is to manage the day to day operations of your store having responsibility for sales, range and store layouts whilst managing these through your people. You will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of your store in order to achieve store profit targets.
The successful candidate must have excellent coaching and leadership skills and be a Manger that truly recognises the benefits of driving performance through their people. Customer Service is also of paramount importance, so proof of strong KPIs in this area will be required. All of this needs to be underpinned by an unparalleled ability to take full ownership of a retail site.
The ideal candidate will have:
•Extensive experience or an interest in retail goods manager
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent leadership credentials
•An ability to drive sales through your people
•Good training and development capabilities
•A strong motivator
•Extremely high standards in store
The Field Sales role consists of the following:
* Direct Sales - Visiting potential clients and creating new business
* Improving sales to existing customers
* Help understand any key opportunities to build sales and build relationships.
* Create and Manage potential clients through a database
* Take responsibility for your own personal and professional development.
* Efficiently manage your workload and time management.
It is essential that the correct candidate has the following skills/experience:
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and 'people skills.'
* Confidence, motivation and determination
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail
* The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets
* Good business sense and a professional manner
* Team player, flexible within your role when needed.
* Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
A clear understanding of sales environments would be beneficial but all retail backgrounds will be considered. You must be a go-getter and someone who can identify external as well as internal opportunities for business development.
