We are Shavekit; a men's subscription service for grooming and bathroom essentials.
We have 25,000 members who use our products. They have a membership/account with us and receive products when they choose.
We currently have customer service people managing the email, live chat side, but we now need someone to answer the phone between 9-5 and make outbound calls to customers.
Your role will be:
- Making 50 -100 calls a day
- Upselling to our existing customers
- Nurturing new customers
- Calling and resolving problems that have been referred by customer service
The successful candidate will be:
- Excellent phone manner
- Calm, not Overly "salesy"
- Good listener
- Detail orientated
- Persistent
- Intelligent and resilient
- No ego
- Very patient
- Articulate - able to calmly and very clearly present options to customers
- Concise - Able to distil customer issues down to simple, short, responses
- Problem solver
- Reliable
