We are seeking an energetic, proactive and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our Membership Sales Team for a Private Members Club. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new prospects in the area and cultivating new accounts while strategically collaborating sales and converting new members. You will also be pro-actively researching and gaining new members.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Sales Department.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power.
Excellent computer skills, telephone etiquette, and work ethic.
Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritisation skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines.

Responsibilities
Establish contact and follow up membership leads and generate prospective new accounts and members, monitor and provide analysis.
Conduct daily membership sales calls, site visits and familiarisation trips in order to develop new business accounts in line with the sales and marketing plan.
Act as an ambassador by greeting, familiarising and understanding our members and clients to deliver a truly world-class service.
Actively convert inquiries into confirmed members, demonstrating confidence through call control and upselling.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of the Club, hotel and event facilities, services and activities taking place in London and the hotel in order to provide accurate information to members/guests.
Ensure that you provide guests, agents, and clients with accurate and relevant information on all Club rates, packages, facilities, and services.
Pro-actively researching in developing new memberships.
Assist in additional projects and departmental tasks as and when required.
