Four star hotel seeks Supervisor/Head Waiter to work in busy 50 cover restaurant. Minimum 2 years experience in similar role required, along with excellent written and spoken English. Applicants should have the skills to take charge of the restaurant in the manager's absence, should be able to assist with training staff and preparing the Rota.
Hours: 5 days out of 7, to include Bank Holidays and weekends.
Own transport preferred due to location of hotel.
