Tootoomoo Group, as an authentic pan Asian food concept, has grown fast but has succeeded in maintaining service and quality. We have four restaurants already well established, with a firm, loyal customer base. Here's what we need; a supervisor with a proven customer facing service record, someone who says certainly when that's not necessarily what they mean. As a Supervisor you will be expected to:
-Ensure all customers receive the highest levels of service from all members of your team
-Build a strong relationship with the Head Chef and your team
-Ensure your team are fully trained in all company policies and procedures as well as all aspects of the business under you jurisdiction
-Work effectively with the Team to ensure the operation runs smoothly and all revenue opportunities are maximised
