Daylesford Organic – Restaurant Supervisor, South Kensington, new opening!
We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Supervisor for our new store opening in South Kensington.
Salary approximately. £11.00 inc. Service charge, 50% staff lunch discount, free uniforms, development and many other benefits!
Flexibility is key in this role and would include working weekends.
About the role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be able to run the restaurant taking full ownership and leading from the front ensuring an excellent customer experience is provided at all times.
You will be fantastic ambassador of Daylesford able to engage with our customers, welcoming them and advising our great range of organic dishes. You will also need to be confident and have experience managing a team acting as a role model in developing, training and coaching them.
You will be able to controlling labour costs, daily banking and cash ups, as well as ordering stock ensuring minimum waste and maximize sales through table turning and delivering agreed spend per head and service standards.
You will assist and support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining a safe ad beautifully presented workplace across the farmshop taking a proactive responsibility in all shared areas.
