We are looking for an experienced supervisor for an Italian inspired restaurant Uno Organic in Brixton.
Responsibilities:
- delivering exceptional customer service
- building and organising FOH team
- training and motivating
- setting and adhering to operational procedures
- ordering and controlling stock
- controlling the operations of the restaurant
- providing regular reports to operations director
Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in the similar position, barrister trained. experience working at the bar is a bonus.
We offer £20k per annum + free meal each shift + tips
