We are working with a site in Canary Wharf to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor for the flagship operation for this boutique contract caterer.
The site caters for up to 400 covers daily via the staff restaurant plus coffee pod and extensive hospitality from working lunches to canapes to plated dining.

The Restaurant Supervisor will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant to ensure the delivery of fantastic service across the offer.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day to day running of the hot counters and coffee pod.
- Stock taking and ordering
- Bookwork
- Overseeing junior members of staff
- Running the sections as and when necessary.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.

Restaurant Supervisors should have sound experience in similar environments and be happy to be hands on and lead by example.

We are looking to hear from Restaurant Supervisors with positive can do attitudes and strong team players.

Salary: £9.50/hr
Core Hours: M-F, 7am - 4pm
