The job role of Restaurant Manager:
SUSHISAMBA® London is now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the very successful team as we continue to grow across our European Flagship near Liverpool Street, London.
The front of house management team are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the team and deliver uncompromising hospitality, providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.

The ideal candidate for Restaurant Manager:

experience of at least 2 years working in a Managerial role at a fine dining fast-paced environment will be tested at trial/interview stage.
experience supervising daily shift operations from various departments.
experience supervising large teams
Excellent English language communication skills are required.
Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday.
