Restaurant Manager:

Preparation of grill foods to a customers specification, including saucing product. Preparation, cutting, carving meat, fish and poultry. Assembling, measuring and mixing ingredients dependant on dish.
Supervising a small shift team of up to 5 assistants, plus delivery drivers.
Organise stock takes, ordering and arranging deliveries.
Maintain high levels of Quality, Cleanliness and Customer Service within the restaurant.
Responsible for food safety within the restaurant.
Organising covering of holiday and sickness absence.
Peer management including coaching and reviews.
Cashing up and cash duties
Rota scheduling and enabling
