We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a current deputy/junior manager or a supervisor looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. experience in a high quality food led business is essential, and a good knowledge of wine, beer and spirits is preferred.

The ideal person for this job should demonstrate the following:
• High standards of service, and an ability to impart those standards to the staff in your team
• A natural ability to work with the urgency and enthusiasm required in fast paced service, and to generate the same sense of urgency within your team; insisting on high standards while at the same time managing the business effectively.
• An ability to lead by example, and to grow your team as a cohesive unit.
• experience in successfully recruiting and training staff to reach their potential within your team
• experience in managing online bookings systems
• experience in complaint handling
