This historic and exclusive private members' Club has an opportunity for a professional Restaurant Manager.  Someone with a lively and charismatic personality.
You will manage the day to day operations in our restaurant to deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service at all times  to members and guests.
You will have experience of managing a team and will be involved in all aspects of the business including staff development, customer service, recruiting and financial controls.
You will be well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and educated to degree level or equivalent.
You will be from a similar background with an excellent knowledge of service, food and wines.
