The RoleAt SSP, we're building our Internal Recruitment team for colleague recruitment and we're currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our team of Recruitment Officers. As the Recruitment Manager, you'll be championing great service from your team to our managers across the business, helping them to attract and recruit the very best colleagues for our business. We operate a central model, where our team of recruitment officers screen candidates prior to booking for interviews in our stores across the UK.The Recruitment Manager will be used to working in high volume recruitment, ideally within retail or hospitality as we recruit people into our stores across the year. The role will involve managing your team day to day, supporting with recruitment challenges using a variety of different tools and providing accurate and timely reporting for senior stakeholders. Throughout the year, there are key times for seasonal recruitment which you will plan and manage with your team, liaising with our Operations teams to ensure that their headcount planning requirements are met. The Details You will need to be comfortable with management reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders, able to communicate effectively with a variety of internal customers through a range of mediums as well as provide innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
