We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with experience in the Care field.
Duties:
• To headhunt and identifying suitable candidates for our services using our specifications.
• Qualifying and short-listing candidates through in-depth phone interviews and face to face interview
• Successfully recruit to all vacancies
• Increasing candidate base through referrals and executive searching
Required Skills and experience:
• At least 2 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant
• experience in the Care field
• Able to prove and record success
• Flexible
• Have a confident and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Innovative and able to use own initiative
• Have the ability to multi-task
• Eager to learn
• Able to work with minimum supervision

Salary: £28.000 pro-rata + generous commission
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
