We are a healthcare recruitment company based in East Croydon and we are looking for someone who would like to work within our customer services out of hours role.
We are based in East Croydon and have a fantastic position available for someone who is looking for their Next Step. We are looking for someone who can commit themselves to our company, who is reliable, who is a great communicator on the phones and can deal with in-bound and out-bound calls over a weekend.
For this position we are needing someone who can commit to working from Friday 18.30 through to Monday 08.30. You will be required to take the on-call mobile home where you don't have noisy distractions between the hours of 18.30 and 08.30 as you will be required to take and make phone calls for the business. You will then be required to work in the office throughout Saturday and Sunday day (08.30 to 18.30).
We are a busy recruitment company taking calls from our candidates who wishes to give us their availability. We will then need you to match the temps availability with positions we have available and book the temp out to work. We are needing someone who is committed to this role and keen to build their skills up within our company. Having an excellent attention to detail and being meticulous with your communicational skills is imperative.
Training will be provided, and you will have a mentor to teach you the role of an Out of Hours Consultant.
You will earn a basic salary, you will earn commission and you will have objective targets to get a salary increase.
