The Position:
TBC is looking to appoint an outstanding Recruitment Consultant/Trainee to join our existing and successful team based in Hanger Lane. The two key functions of this role are firstly, selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face and secondly, delivering our high quality service and maintaining relationships.

The Package:
Everyone who joins the company will be rewarded with a basic salary, plus an uncapped commission scheme, after full training. TBC operates a company car/ allowance scheme, (after a qualifying period). Initially you will be entitled to 30 days paid holiday inc bank holidays, rising to 33 days after 1 years employment.

Hours of Work:
0800 - 1700 Monday - Friday.
Salary £19,000 - £22000 base plus fantastic commission scheme.
