We require an experienced and established Recruitment or Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of experienced consultants. Proven experience driving KPI’s is essential.
Duties include:
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates to evaluate their suitability for internal roles.
- Managing and achieving daily team KPIs.
- Managing customer service delivered by your team.
- Client meetings to establish requirements in a detailed consultation.
- Training and development management.

This position is Monday to Friday 8:30 to 18:00 in Central London.
