Our Client:
Our client operates a boutique hotel situated in the Bloomsbury area of London, close to Euston Station, and are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to work on their own within Reception. This is a very small property, hence working on your own. Opera system is being used here, so experience in this system essential.
Salary and Benefits:
· £8:50ph-£9:00ph
. Quarterly Bonus

· 7am - 7pm
The Individual:
We are looking for a hospitality professional with previous reception, reservations experience within a hotel or serviced apartment environment. The successful candidate should have excellent Opera knowledge, and customer and communications skills accompanied with a warm and engaging personality and character.

OTA extranets
Site Minder
Knowledge of various reports and how to access them
Check in/check out
Channel managers and Trip Advisor
Our client uses Opera so all candidates must have previous experience of this to qualify for the role.
