RESTAURANT RECEPTIONIST / HOSTESS
We are a busy restaurant, located in the heart of South Kensington / Brompton Cross, SW3.
We are looking for an experienced restaurant [or hotel] receptionist to join our team. We strive to provide an excellent guest experience from the first contact they have, so standards and pressure is naturally high.
The role will be based in the restaurant, so you will be impeccably presented and completely customer orientated.
You will have other administrative duties and tasks to fulfill daily, so must be well organised, work well within a team and yet be independently motivated.
Duties will include:-
- Email correspondence
- Taking reservations by telephone (The bookings system we use is Opentable)
- Database management
- Admin support to the Manager
- Covering holiday days
This role is part time, 2-3 days each week.
BUT the position is long term (minimum 6 months please!)
The restaurant is a busy 5 day operation, and availability to work weekends is essential.
