We also provide the hire of treatment rooms to practitioners on an ad hoc basis, creating a hub of elite professionals.

About the role:
As a Front Receptionist and Clinic Assistant at Emporium Treatment Clinic, you will be the first point of contact with our clients, responsible for the smooth conducts of their appointments/bookings and also a point of contact for all departments of our company.
You will need to be a willing all-round performer and assist in all duties in the clinic to ensure it runs smoothly in a calm environment.
Marketing skills are essential for this position.
Position Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet visitors and directing them appropriately
• Ensure that the practitioners are aware that their customers have arrived
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls
• Providing basic information when needed to customers
• Update calendars and schedule appointments
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, inventory, etc
• Complete application/registration forms to rent a room practitioners
• Update our social media platforms
• Update our website
• Assists in marketing strategies
• Sell retail products
• All other general clinic duties
About you:
You'll possess the following experience, skills and attributes:
• experience reception duties
• experience, good knowledge and skills on Social media
• experience in sales an advantage
• Ambitious individual, looking for career progression
• Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office)
• Professional appearance
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
• Flexible work hours (can work weekends and rotating shifts)
• Training will be provided.
Salary depends on experience: from £9.00 /hour + Incentives
