Receptionist/administrative assistant

Hours of work: 3 days a week 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
£13.00 Per hour
We are an accountancy practice based in the City of London seeking for a temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied role and will require someone who will be exceptionally organised in their day to day working routine and has excellent attention to detail. The applicant will be well presented, reliable, efficient, confident, proactive, and enthusiastic with an ability to manage workflows, prioritise and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Answering and managing all incoming calls and taking accurate messages.
Meeting and greeting clients / visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Providing refreshments to clients
Diary and email management, booking meeting rooms.
Keeping the reception and meeting areas tidy at all times.
Typing correspondence and client correspondence.
Handling all incoming and outgoing mail, including franking, special delivery and couriers.
Filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning
Ad hoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will have/will be.
• An organised approach and time management skills.
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• Computer literacy and good keyboard skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office software.
• A good level of English spelling and grammar.
• Good numeracy skills
• The ability to use your own initiative
