We are a group of service apartments in Mayfair currently hiring nights receptionists.

To ensure that all services to the guests as requested are carried out efficiently and on time and are properly recorded and charged.
To ensure the security of the Hotel to the standard set by the Hotel.
Checks billing instructions, check-in/out procedures.
To ensure all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
To action/deal with any complaints/queries expressed by guests, informing the Guest Service Manager, asking for assistance when necessary.
The applicant must be able to start immediately and should eligible to work in UK.
