Receptionist - Immediate start!
Salary: £16,000 per annum. Hours of work: Monday- Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Are you an experienced Receptionist with excellent customer service skills, a pro-active, can-do attitude who is keen to make a positive impression in a front of house position for a large organisation? If so we are looking for you!
We are currently recruiting for an experienced receptionist to be the first point of contact on the main reception at our head office in Hammersmith.
You must be an enthusiastic, pro-active, presentable candidate and must have:
• Excellent communication skills
• A flexible and helpful nature
• A confident personality
• Excellent personal presentation
• At least basic IT knowledge
Duties include:
• Meeting and greeting visitors to the company
• Signing visitors in and out, ensuring visitor passes are issued
• Security walks around the building
• Monitoring CCTV for the building
• Accepting deliveries
• Liaising with various inside the building to announce visitors, deliveries etc.
• Assisting with any other reasonable requests
