We have a great Receptionist/Office Assistant role in a growing Air Conditioning company based near Staples corner, North West London.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a receptionist / admin support who will be competent, professional and enthusiastic and able to communicate well at all levels. You will be answering phones and also carrying out admin duties such as administration and publishing reports.
SKILLS REQUIRED
The ideal candidates will be well spoken, friendly and organised with fantastic eye for detail, inquisitive, analytical, with a can do attitude and must have the following skills and experience:
• Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Must be fluent in both written and verbal English language.
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
THE HOURS
Position: Full Time
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Start: as soon as possible
£15k to £18k based on experience
