Kensington Physio and Sports Medicine are looking for an assistant to join our professional and friendly Physiotherapy practice. We are looking for someone to assist the practice manager and director with book keeping/ managing patient accounts as well as day to day administrative tasks and also front of house. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous attention to detail in particular with accounts and reconciliations, be professional and a quick learner. You will have previous experience in an office environment and also understand accounting principals such as debt collection and reconciling invoices. We are looking for someone fluent in English with a good telephone manner and also an interest in providing excellent customer service. Some front of house cover on reception will also be expected as well as holiday cover. Pervious experience in a medical setting would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite. We are looking for someone amazing, an all rounder that is happy to take on any task, with the ability to multi task.
The role will involve:
Reception
Administrative Duties
Reconciliation of insurance remittances
Submission of invoices both private and insurance
Debt collection
Paying bills and ordering stock
Filing and office administration
Booking appointments
Answering the phone
Assistance with marketing and mail outs
Assistant to the director for other administrative tasks
The role is part time or full time. The clinic opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm. If you are applying for a full time role you must be prepared to work until 8pm on some evenings and every other Saturday.
