Hostel receptionist - work (and live) at the best place in town!
We are looking for new members to join our reception team on a permanent, full-time basis. Previous customer service/hospitality experience is ideal. The right candidate would be friendly and outgoing, able to make our guests feel at home within the hostel. The job involves all aspects of reception work - check-in, check-out, answering emails and calls and generally dealing with problems as they arise in a friendly but professional manner.
Fluent English is required and being able to speak additional languages is a significant bonus. This is a full-time position of 32-48 hours per week (four to six 8-hour shifts depending on days off), and may include night shifts. Pay is national minimum wage plus £1.00 per hour. Please note: live-in accommodation is available but the rate of pay will vary accordingly.
