The successful applicant will be: Well-presented and enjoying working in a busy environment Highly organised Keep tight deadlines Must have previous reception experience Must be computer literate with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel Possesses strong customer-service skills at all levels - ability to work in a friendly and confident manner Strong communication, organisational and time management skills Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task within a busy environment Able to work as an individual and as part of a team Proven ability to multitask.
