Night Receptionist
Hours: 12 hours per shift 7pm – 7am
Shifts: 4 ON, 3 OFF on a Rota basis
Salary: £8.50 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Night Receptionist with EXCELLENT knowledge of the Opera Reservation System to provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

You MUST be proactive and reliable as you will be working alone. Knowledge of The Channel Minder/Site Minder is preferable.
Duties of a Night Receptionist will include:
• Being 1st point of contact both face to face and over the phone
• Dealing with enquiries
• Taking reservations for apartments by phone, e-mail, face to face and fax
• Dealing with bookings via the extranet
• Emailing booking confirmations
• Liaising with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals
• Checking guests in and out
• Diary Management
• Data entry
• Taking cash and credit card payments
• Dealing with and resolving guest complaints
• Filing, faxing, photocopying and scanning
We are looking for a Night Receptionist with:
• Previous Hotel Reception or Serviced Apartment experience is essential
• Excellent knowledge of the Opera Reservation PMS system is essential
• Knowledge of The Channel Manager/Siteminder is preferable
• Excellent front line customer service skills
• Diary management experience
• Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
