Job Description - Receptionist / Host
The Receptionist/Host will have to consistently deliver high levels of the excellence in a Fine Dining Restaurant and will have to ensure complete satisfaction of the guest. The Receptionist/Host will also be responsible for Open Table and Floor Plan Maintenance and be able to:

To cheerfully greet guests, take them to their table and provide them with silverware and a menu.
To be able to monitor the table rotation
You may even be required to answer the phone, take reservations.
To have an understanding of the menu, the cuisine of the chef, to be able to explain it to the costumers.
To deal with guest requests in relation to their reservation or experience.

The Ideal Receptionist/Host:
We want to invest in Receptionist/Host who is as passionate as us about hospitality.

Previous experience in a Fine Dining restaurant is preferred.
"Open Table" knowledge is a 'must'
Great English language skills
To be passionate about hospitality, great food and quality ingredients.
To be fully conversant with costumers
