This position is based at Fraser Suites Queens Gate.
To carry out the day to day general administration: print and send rent requests, check guests’ incidentals and print invoices, request / take payments and do the necessary postings (banking and computer system), inform guests of any necessary information and distribute post and redirect mail.
To answer the telephone and take messages according to the company’s standards.
To report any guest comment and complaint to the Duty Manager/Reception Supervisor.
To greet guests and follow the check-in procedures.
To contact departing guests and follow the checkout procedures.
To ensure every opportunity is taken to effectively achieve high occupancy and revenue levels.
To ensure that the Reception area is kept clean and tidy, refilling property brochures rack, umbrellas and other guests’ amenities.
All candidates must have a valid passport or visa to work in the UK.
