For Our central London office is looking for Full time Receptionist position
The role:
- Create some advertisement
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries or directing where relevant
- Diary management and booking appointments
- Copy documents
- Mail management
- Ordering stationary
- Additional office duties as required
Skills required
- Welcome customers with smile and professionalism
- Excellent telephone manner
- Highly organized
- 'Can-Do' attitude
- Customer service focused
- Writing emails
-Fluent in English and Italian as a bonus
Benefits:

Monday to Friday
8:30 - 5:30
