Our client runs some of Europe's premium and finest healths. They are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist/Duty Manager to join their team at their Boutique Health Club in Marylebone.
Overview
To ensure the efficient operation of the Club in all aspects of Health and Safety and resource cover to meet the customer demand. Also maintain exceptional standards and be the first point of contact for all members, ensuring that they receive the best customer experience and that each visit continually exceeds expectations.
To work a mix between Concierge services and also duty manager shifts, opening and shutting the club and ensuring smooth member service and operations throughout the day.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, have a drive to deliver excellence and must have a minimum of 6 months duty management exposure within either a health club, hotel or leisure related field. This role will involve shift work.
