We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/ Procurement manager. We are a busy construction company working on whole house, high end residential projects in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Preparing tender documents and cost planning
Preparation and negotiation of final accounts
Cost planning and control
Measurement and pricing of bill of quantities
Preparation of tender and contract documents
Interim valuation
Cost reports.
