Property Manager Needed in London

MP London Apartments is currently looking to hire an administrator to join a fast growing firm specialising in property management with an office based in Fulham.

Role Summary

The role can be broadly split as follows:

Client relationship -
1.Building a relationship with all existing clients and assisting them with any issues they might have.
2. Answering any questions raised by clients in relation to their current contract or the renewal of contract.
3. Creating the adverts to post online when new rooms become available, replying to all the queries received from interested parties, organising viewings and following up with potential tenants after meetings.
4. Assisting new tenants with the collection and approval of key documents and organising check ins.

Property management -
1. Ensuring that everything is up to standard when taking over a new property and searching online for any furniture/appliances/utilities which need to be purchased.
2. Opening new accounts with various service providers such as water, electricity and gas supplier and internet providers, and ensuring that all is running smoothly before new tenants move in.
3. Organising weekly cleaning appointments with the cleaner for all the properties.

Office management-
1. Basic day-to-day management of the office.
2. Dairy management of the Managing Director.
3. Opening post and taking action, if required.
4. Printing and filing of paperwork

The ideal candidate needs to be also keen on becoming eventually involved in business development. This includes researching for properties available for subletting, identifying good opportunities, making proposals and negotiating deals with a view to winning the business on a long term basis.

Satisfaction in providing good customer service.
Organisation skills
Exceptional attention to detail with ability to follow directions accurately.
Ability to coordinate work flow
Reliable, dependable and flexible
Always self-motivated
Enthusiastic to learn and work on own initiative.
Good communication skills - both written and spoken English.
IT competency - good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Previous experience in office administration will be considered an asset.
