An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with outstanding calibre to join us, a thriving property management business based in South Croydon.
We operate within the temporary and emergency market of property management, and prior experience within this field would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detailed, personable and reliable.
Key responsibilities:
1St point of call for clients
Property inspections, check in and check outs.
Collection and administration of property registers.
Collecting weekly sign in registers and administering the same.
Inspecting works and co-oridnating repairs.
Co-oridnation/administration of compliance certs - gas/electric and epc.
Supporting the senior operations director and the property administrator.
Ideal candidate:
Highly organised, ability to prioritise with strong capability to multi task in a pressurised environment.
Proactive, highly motivated and enthusiastic "can do attitude"
Full clean drivers licence is essential
Demonstrate string, effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Confidentiality, loyalty and professionalism is paramount to all applicants.
The offer:
