We are a reputable property development company based in South West London, looking to recruit a full-time Property Manager for our rental portfolio. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working within a small organisation and is looking to develop their skills further.
The role will include:-
Managing a portfolio of 40 properties.
Carry out property inspections and arrange necessary remedial works.
Liaise with estate agents when processing tenancy renewals and letting of the properties.
Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC’s to ensure all properties comply with current legislation.
Manage maintenance issues from tenants through to resolution.
Liaising with the landlord and negotiating with contractors for necessary maintenance and refurbishment works.
Rent reconciliations for landlords to ensure rent is paid on time.
Managing move ins and move outs including deposit submissions and returns.
Billing for landlords maintenance and management services.
Some office administration and PA work is also involved within the role.
The successful candidate will become a valued member of a small team within a business that is growing quickly and constantly evolving.

Your Skills:-
Previous experience of property management is essential.
experience working within a similar small sized property company is preferable.
Must have excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
Computer literate – Must be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other office programs.
Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills.
Be able to work on own initiative as well as under direction.
Be willing to assist in administration and PA duties.
Strong complaint handling skills.
Be able to multitask and have a can-do attitude as it is a must for this job.
Full clean driving license and prepared to drive office based company car.
Must have rights to work in UK.
Fluency in both verbal and written English is essential.
We offer: -
£23-27k per annum dependent on experience.
20 days annual vacation plus statutory holidays.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.
We will be looking for someone to start immediately.
