Job requirements:
Collection of keys from estate agents or landlords all over London.
Conducting book viewings with potential tenants
Collection of keys when tenants vacate the property
Wage:
£40 on each new key collection from estate agent/landlord
£40 on each key collection from tenant at the end of tenancy agreement
£40 per tenant upon signature of tenancy agreement
Personal attributes
Trustworthy
Mobile with a car is preferable
Good interpersonal skill
Excellent English skills
Presentable
Good communication skills.
