We are a group of 12 busy physiotherapy clinics based in prime locations throughout London, from our famous quaint Fitzrovia clinic to our bustling City clinics to the chilled but never low key South West clinics.
We are looking for an exceptional, enthusiastic person to fill the role of Practice Manager at once of our newly opened Six Physio clinics. This is a role with a twist and is not for the light hearted, you must have exceptional organisation skills, impeccable customer service experience, be the face of the clinic and understand what Gold Standard is. You will be responsible for helping the clinic grow alongside the Clinic Director.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: greeting patients, answering phones, booking appointments, diary management, caretaker of the clinic, supervising the cleaning, stock ordering, patient concerns etc. You will also be working alongside the Clinic Director and managing the patient experience, budgets, the clinic appearance, marketing and building the business.
You must be confident, have a positive attitude, and deliver Gold Star Customer Service. We need someone who can multi-task, uses their initiative, can work well under pressure, remarkable patience, stunning conversational skills and a Smiley face! Let’s not forget a great personality who can keep our clients happy while they wait for their appointment.
Previous reception and administration experience working within a similar role is essential and all applicants must be computer literate. Training will be provided for the role, however we expect you to be motivated and want to go the extra mile.
Salary starts at £22,500 - £25,500 per annum. Bonuses on top of this, and other staff incentives.
