Dental Practice Manager Job in London

Full Time Practice Manager required for our dynamic, modern and  innovative Independently Owned Practices in Wallington.
Salary up to £37,500 dependent on experience and working hours.
Monday to Friday only, No Saturdays.
Site 1:- Manor Dental Care:- 95% Private Practice providing all aspects of general dentistry, as well as Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry and Clear Aligner Ortho.
Site 2:- Melbourne Rd Dental Care:- Mixed NHS/Independent, providing all aspects of general dentistry.
Practices are 5 min walk from each other.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active person to join our committed and successful team, to integrate and lead the team seamlessly.

We are looking for a candidate that is looking to build on their current experience and grow with the practice.
If you feel that you are not utilised to your potential in your current job then this could be the move for you.

Candidate must have strong leadership skills, be hard working, reliable, approachable and proficient in Exact SOE, and be experienced in using Excel spreadsheets with good IT skills. In addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties include, but not limited to:-

Actively manage diaries, recalls and management of lapsed patient.
Staff Rota's and team training
CQC related paperwork
Patient feedback, complaints and liaising with relevant clinicians.
Controlling inventory and stock ordering and monthly invoices.
Managing Regular staff meetings and keeping minutes.
Relevant audits
Dental marketing and practice communication.
Send NHS Claims, monitoring claims and responses.

Producing financial reports on a monthly basis.
- Associates' and staff salaries
- Being up to date with all CQC related paperwork.
- Processing monthly invoices
- Staff appraisals

Lead and manage staff with passion and enthusiasm.
- Motivate the team to achieve their goals.
-Demonstrate a responsible and professional attitude to work and excellent attention to detail.

This is a permanent full time position for a candidate with natural teamwork skills and the opportunity to build and organise their working environment.

We aim to provide a high quality of service to our patients and require someone with the right attitude and skills to deliver this level of service.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, candidates are requested to send salary expectations with application.

Wallington is well served by public transport with Train from London Victoria and London Bridge taking 25 minutes. The practice is 400m from the train station.
